Why it looks the way it does.

Crummy little photo, isn't it? What can I say? I was in a hurry. But in the spirit of all the old photo magazines that gave more details than anyone ever wanted to know about the photos they printed, here's the low-down on the low-down little image: Camera, Deardorff 8 x 10 field camera; lens, Fujinon-W 250mm f/6.7; film, Polaroid 55; exposure, f/6.7 with an open shutter for about three seconds (one-thousand-one, one-thousand-two, one-thousand-three). Scanned, cropped, enhanced, and otherwise ruined digitally.
